Students need to contact the French or Spanish embassy (or consulate) in their home country for the terms and conditions necessary to obtain a visa.

Enrollment will not be confirmed nor the timetable set until the student has come to the school and taken the placement test (Paris and Nice only). Students must be present at the beginning of term courses. No guarantee of class reservation can be made for students who have pre-registered and arrived late. The students will have the option to attend the succeeding term.

Final Registration:

The student must have a valid passport or "carte de séjour" (for France) and an identity picture to register. Registration is considered complete once the student has taken the placement test and paid for courses.

Payment of tuition must be made upon enrollment, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard), wire transfer, in US dollars, or by direct bank transfer into I.C.C.S's account (enclose a photocopy of the payment document with the application - important: write the student's name on the payment document).

Students will pay bank charges (except those of credit cards).

Once enrolled, students are expected to attend class regularly. Students enrolled in one type of program can in no case change to another type of program. Under no circumstances classes may be transferred to another student.
